ITServe Alliance members DO abide by all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws with regard to the operation of their businesses.
ITServe Alliance members DO preserve all proprietary information relating to the business of their clients.
ITServe Alliance members DO actively avoid misrepresenting a consultant’s skills or experience.
ITServe Alliance members DO refrain from soliciting employees of their own active clients.
ITServe Alliance members DO have a clear policy for payment of consulting, marketing and recruiting personnel.
ITServe Alliance members DO comply with clients’ established business practices including those policies relating to gifts and gratuities to client employees.
ITServe Alliance members DO NOT engage in illegal restraint of trade, unfair competition or violation of antitrust laws and DO promote free and fair competition among members.
ITServe Alliance members DO NOT defame clients, consultants, or competitors.
ITServe Alliance members DO NOT misrepresent a consultant’s pay rate, contract terms, assignment duration, or other subjects pertinent to the business relationship.
ITServe Alliance members DO NOT have unreasonable non-competition clauses or unfairly prevent a consultant from pursuing other opportunities.
ITServe Alliance members DO NOT induce consultants to breach or improperly interfere with a contractual relationship.

ITSERVE ALLIANCE PRIVACY

Companies wishing to become ITServe member are asked to provide certain data including full name, complete mailing address, phone number and email address.
Other than the company name which would be listed on Member Directory, all information provided on application will be kept confidential.
We issue refunds of duplicate dues/fees payments made due to any technical / clerical errors.
There are no refunds other than payments made due to any technical / clerical errors
Membership dues refunds are not permitted after January 1 for the year in which the fees apply.
ITServe Membership is subjected to approval from the Membership Committee
This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Portal / Membership. We will post those changes so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Please check this site for information about revisions to our privacy policy. We will notify you directly if there is a material change in our privacy practices.
