Rapid and unexpected changes in Immigration is the reason for the creation and existence of ITServe Alliance and it continues to be our main agenda. The contributions and innovations of immigrants are a key part in the greatness of this nation and have brought some of the brightest minds from all over the world.
The staffing industry and the IT industry heavily utilizes the H1B non-immigrant workforce. As the need for non-immigrant workers continued to rise, the need to protect the staffing industry from the unjust practices of the USCIS and other misinterpretations of the laws grew, so in 2010, ITServe Alliance was established.
Since the 2010 Nuefeld Memo, the USCIS has continued to pass and enforce unjust memos harming the staffing industry for non-immigrant workers. The economic impact of immigrants is immeasurable from their contributions in employment, technological advances, groundbreaking innovations, and much more. We’re proud to be part of a community that plays a large part in the progress of countless industries and brings together bright, like-minded individuals from across the globe.
At ITServe Alliance, we’ve made it our duty to make a difference and fight the USCIS’s unjust practices to protect the common interests of small businesses and employees. Our promise is to continue to be a source of encouragement and strength to our members to make a positive impact in our communities.
