Immigration – ITServe Alliance

ITServe Immigration

ITServe Alliance is founded upon a need to advocate for fair immigration policies and to protect the common interests of small businesses, employees, and all Americans.
The United States is a nation of immigrants. The world’s brightest minds come to the United States, and the contributions and innovations of immigrants have made the United States the great country that it is today.
The IT industry and staffing industry heavily utilizes and depends upon the H-1B non-immigrant workforce. In the context of their direct contributions to employment, technological advances, groundbreaking innovation, and so much more, the economic impact of immigrants is immeasurable.

ITServe Immigration Process

ITService Alliance was established in 2010, with rapid and unexpected changes to immigration having served as the reason for the creation and existence of our organization. As the country’s need for non-immigrant workers rose, the need to protect the staffing industry from unjust practices by the USCIS and other misinterpretations of the law grew. Since the 2010 Neufeld Memo, the USCIS has continued to pass and enforce memos that unjustly harm the staffing industry for non-immigrant workers and correspondingly American business.
At ITServe Alliance, we have made it our duty to make a difference and to fight unjust practices implemented by the USCIS. We are determined to protect the common interests of small businesses and employees. Our promise is to continue to be a source of encouragement and strength to our members, so that we can continue to make a positive impact in our communities.
ITServe Alliance is proud to be a part of a community that plays a critical role in the progress of countless industries, bringing together bright and like-minded individuals from across the globe.
