Dear Friends, Advisors and Sponsors,

I take this opportunity to convey my sincere thanks to the “Founding Members” of this organization whose vision has set the path to achieve the following milestones to date. It all required an extraordinary courage, patience, perseverance, team building etc., There are many success stories that ITServe Alliance has fought so hard in the last 10 years for the benefit of Immigrants, especially for the H1-B Category visa holders & OPT Students. Following are some of the landmark achievements that we as an organization collectively fought and succeeded under your stewardship. They are:
  1. Reversed the course on OPT (I-983 Restrictions) holders’ restrictions by USCIS to work at Third Party client’s locations.
  2. USCIS has withdrawn 2010 Neufeld Memo – resulted into a Landmark Agreement with USCIS and issued ITSERVE Memo.
  3. Rescinded Employee & Employer Relationship.
  4. Rescinded Itinerary Memo Requirements to renew/extend/transfer/new H1-B visas.
  5. Rescinded Client Letter Requirements.
  6. Rescinded Short Term Approvals.
  7. Rescinded the DOL Interim Final Rule.
  8. Specialty Occupation (Lawsuit in the works).
  9. SIMEO Solutions – (lawsuit has been filed on 12.31.2020)
Pledge:
What more can we expect from ITServe Alliance to support the members every step-of the way (thick and thin) to help sustain and standing tall, always. Let us keep in mind that we (ITServe) are a force / voice / back-bone to many lives directly or indirectly in the communities we all live in and made it possible in making a positive difference. We can do more collectively and be the voice to people who needs one by bringing them to be part of ITServe.

The above success stories will speak volumes for itself and let us make a pledge and try to bring “each existing member” one new member to ITServe Family this year, which will give more strength to the organization and do more to the communities we live in and to the future generations.
  • Help enhance Membership enrollment and automate renewals. The above Success Stories are testimonial to ITServe efforts to make a difference and share those successes stories with the potential members to be part of ITServe and benefit from it and have the safety net around them (best of both worlds).
  • Continue PAC (Litigation & Lobbying) & CSR.
  • CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is the way to go about while we are pursuing all other initiatives to protect the interests of the member community. ITServe’s existence and its role is known to the outside world through our CSR Charity work for the communities across the 16 Chapters and sincerely hope to enhance our efforts in the weeks and months ahead.
  • Focus on near term & long-term Benefits to Members: I pledge to convene a team and put together a plan and set goals to achieve for the benefit of the members.
  • Encourage Open Communication & Transparency: I am a staunch supporter of this healthy open communication and transparency to achieve our goals and bring the best in everyone.
  • Trust: The foundation of this country is “everything starts with the trust” but verify. I have to have a reason not to trust and will inculcate this culture of trust among all the functions throughout my Presidency to bring the best in all of us. I encourage everyone to speak their mind and be constructive in their critique.
  • Collaboration & Lobbying: As part of our outreach with the Federal Government and the business entities & organizations outside ITServe to make a positive difference and get things done.

I am humbled & honored for the opportunity to work with so many accomplished & uniquely talented entrepreneurs and lead the organization. I thank everyone for the opportunity and the responsibility bestowed in me to lead the organization for the year 2021 and will do my best with all your support to make a positive difference and take on the challenges that come our way in the weeks and months ahead.
