It has been an incredible journey to be part of the ITServe family since I joined in 2016. I had the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with many talented individuals, phenomenally successful entrepreneurs, and Innovators who are enthusiastic about giving back to the community as a part of this BIG ITServe Family from the get-go. It has been a great learning experience of my lifetime collaborating and working with many of you all these years and being part of this vibrant organization, an opportunity rare to come by.
As President-Elect, I have been working and watching our 2022 President, Dev Aerrabolu, from very close quarters. I am amazed at his speed, setting up goals, teamwork, energy, commitment, grit, respect for others, and leadership in getting the work done. Team 2022 has set up the bar and expectations high for all future teams.

I am a true believer and genuinely believe in this.
Amid all the expectations, it is a great honor to take up the leadership mantle as National President 2023, and I am indebted for the trust bestowed in me to lead this great organization. There can’t be any more honor than this opportunity at this time of my life!
ITServe has been generous and extraordinary in its efforts to protect and serve its members’ interests. I will continue strengthening the programs and initiatives at hand throughout my term and build a robust support system to continue to serve all of us for many years, yet cost-effective. I will be counting on you and reaching out to you for your guidance and helping hand in making this respected platform more accessible and worthy of your time spent for the common benefit and serving the communities in need across the Chapters through our CSR programs and initiatives.

We plan on introducing ITServe Awards initiative/program and qualifying the member companies based on their performance, economic growth through their best practices, and the contributions they made. These awards will certainly instill quality standards and best business practices in compliance with the laws of the land, rules, and regulations under which we all operate, among the member community.
We will use our full potential to enhance member collaboration and engagement through their participation in the weeks and months ahead to network and grow business.
We will enhance business support to the existing and new sponsors with the induction of new members and chapters throughout the year and meeting their needs.
Continue to pursue the PAC Lobbying & Litigation efforts and hope to bring the legislative success to help support the member community and their respective businesses from time to time.

It has been a fascinating journey for the past six years of association with ITServe and volunteering in various different roles and seeing it grow to what it is today. Working closely in each and every aspect by shadowing Raghu Chittimalla, President for 2021 and his Executive Board has prepared me to take on this challenge in 2022. It is truly an honor to be part of this most vibrant non-profit organization working with many well accomplished and passionate individuals who are constantly surrounded with new ideas in building businesses, creating opportunities, and serving the communities they all live in.
“Seeing is believing” and there is no greater place than being here at ITServe to be in the midst of bright minds, intellectuals, and learned people like YOU. I am honored and humbled to lead this vibrant organization in the year 2022 and I will do my best to do everything possible with the support of my Executive Board. Members of this organization are the decision-makers, leaders leading their respective organizations and managing the workforce comprising of highly intellectual & talented; whose actions will have a profound impact on our daily lives through their technological contributions and innovations. Every day has been constant learning for me and I believe “what I don’t know is unlimited” which drives me for seeking to know more. We plan to introduce the following new initiatives, enhance existing initiatives to implement and execute them during 2022 with the help of YOU along with my Executive Board.

These awards will certainly instill quality standards and best business practices in compliance with the laws of the land, rules, and regulations under which we all operate, among the member community.
