Dear Members & Sponsors,
It has been an incredible journey to be part of the ITServe family since I joined in 2016. I had the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with many talented individuals, phenomenally successful entrepreneurs, and Innovators who are enthusiastic about giving back to the community as a part of this BIG ITServe Family from the get-go. It has been a great learning experience of my lifetime collaborating and working with many of you all these years and being part of this vibrant organization, an opportunity rare to come by.
As President-Elect, I have been working and watching our 2022 President, Dev Aerrabolu, from very close quarters. I am amazed at his speed, setting up goals, teamwork, energy, commitment, grit, respect for others, and leadership in getting the work done. Team 2022 has set up the bar and expectations high for all future teams.
“The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men/women to do what he/she wants done and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it. -Theodore Roosevelt.” This quote has been the hallmark of all our previous leadership. I am a true believer and genuinely believe in this.

ITServe Alliance is the center point of information for our members covering a variety of topics ranging from immigration, tech, economy news, and much more. The benefits we provide to our members include sharing knowledge-based information and services from contributing member companies.
Our community offers breaking news vital to our members, webinars with respected professionals and government representatives, and learning opportunities for those who are interested in growing their business.
PLEDGE
We pledge to stand stronger together: to unite in a singular vision of creating an increasingly advantageous business environment for IT company leaders and IT professionals. We pledge to fight for business practices and governmental policies that drive our member companies’ growth, secure their talent pools, and engender sustainable futures.
We pledge to unleash the collective brain trust of leading IT organizations and to leverage influential legal advocacy to engineer effective solutions to IT-industry challenges. We pledge to exercise unwavering corporate social responsibility to give back to local communities. We pledge to initiate collective action to work toward growth-optimizing tech and immigration policies that result not only in a more level playing field but a more just world.
We pledge to our member companies, their employees, and the public at large: ITServe Alliance will work with both business owners and employees to pursue changes in immigration laws and regulations that will lead to a less burdensome immigration system in the United States that will be beneficial for all parties.
Our promise is to stay innovative, continue to explore ways to grow, cultivate bonding between our members, and develop ITServe Alliance as the most respected organization. We are stronger when we are united.

Dear Members & Sponsors,
It has been a fascinating journey for the past six years of association with ITServe and volunteering in various different roles and seeing it grow to what it is today. Working closely in each and every aspect by shadowing Raghu Chittimalla, President for 2021 and his Executive Board has prepared me to take on this challenge in 2022. It is truly an honor to be part of this most vibrant non-profit organization working with many well accomplished and passionate individuals who are constantly surrounded with new ideas in building businesses, creating opportunities, and serving the communities they all live in.
“Seeing is believing” and there is no greater place than being here at ITServe to be in the midst of bright minds, intellectuals, and learned people like YOU. I am honored and humbled to lead this vibrant organization in the year 2022 and I will do my best to do everything possible with the support of my Executive Board. Members of this organization are the decision-makers, leaders leading their respective organizations and managing the workforce comprising of highly intellectual & talented; whose actions will have a profound impact on our daily lives through their technological contributions and innovations. Every day has been constant learning for me and I believe “what I don’t know is unlimited” which drives me for seeking to know more.
